MEP Department at EA undertakes the task of engineering designs for HVAC, Electrical (Medium & Low voltage systems) and Plumbing (Water, Drainage & Fire fighting) system for commercial, Industrial and Residential buildings including high-rise complexes.

The scope of services includes conceptual design, design development, engineering design analysis and preparation of Tender Packages. Post tender activities include detail & top site supervision and construction management.

EA MEP team has completed several high-rise building complexes in UAE in the past and is currently involved in leading high-rise development in Pakistan & abroad.

The MEP team at EA comprise of principal engineers in all trades backed up by a competent team of senior engineers, design engineers, CAD designers and Quantity Surveyors.
