Husnain Lotia has also been fairly active in community service. He has taught Design over several semesters at the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, Karachi and is a frequent visitor there as an external juror. He has served on various committees for the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners, as well as the Institute of Architects, Pakistan. He is also the co-author of the Town Planning and Building Regulations for the city of Karachi, 2000 and an active member of Shehri-CBE.

Husnain is a core member of the Architects’ Committee striving for the establishment of Karachi Development & Planning Board for the Sind Government. He also represents the IAP on the High Rise Building Committee for the MPGO (Master Plan Group of Offices) of City District Government Karachi. He currently heads the IAP committee for the setting up of the Pakistan Green Buildings Council.

Mr. Salman Ahmed Joined EA Consulting Pvt. Ltd (formerly Engineering Associates), in 1993. He heads the MIS Department of the firm. Holding a Master’s Degree and Microsoft Certifications, Mr. Salman has come a long way in his professional career. Having considerable experience in the field, he has perfected his management skills. All the tasks of management of IT resources, operations and design in the firm concerning MIS, are carried out under his overall guidance and supervision.

Later in 2002, he moved to Dubai associated with a local dealership of Mercedes Benz. In 2005 he moved back to Pakistan as Head of HR for The Nielsen Company (formerly ACNielsen), in a very short span of time he was promoted to a Regional Head of HR for Gulf and Pakistan based in Dubai till 2009.

Shazia started her career with ABM AMRO Bank as Direct Marketing Officer and later she moved to Bank Al Falah. In 2005, she joined Telecard Limited and her last assignment was in Human Resources Department as Associate HR Manager.

However after her effectual contribution to other departments, her current responsibilities are looking after issues related to complete administrative side of the organization as well ensuring the process needed for the Quality Management System are in place i.e established, implemented and maintained.

She is a lead auditor for Quality Management System from British Standard Institute as well a graduate Civil Engineer from NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi.

He participated as lead member of EA’s team with multinational JV’s of consultants in construction supervision and management of several major highway and motorway projects of great national importance.

Prior to joining EA Mr. Ahmed had been working in the middle east for around 15 years on important highway, tunnel and other major transportation projects.

Faisal Habib started his career with M.Yousuf Adil Saleem & Co; Chartered Accountants, a member firm of Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu. Faisal Habib was associated with Bawany Air Products Ltd; for over a decade as their Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary and prior to his association with EA, his last assignment was as GM Finance & Corporate Affairs at Saima Packaging (Pvt.)
