Bin Qasim Industrial Park
BQIP is adjacent to Arabian Sea Country Club, Bin Qasim Town, Karachi, Sindh. Its plot sizes cover an area of 1, 3 & 5 acres. It can be approached from 5 ways i.e. Port Qasim 12km, Quaid-e-Azam International Airport 23km, National Highway 4.5km, Link road to Superhighway 13km and Railway Mainline is alongside. Total project area is around 920 acres excluding the Steel Mill’s right of way which is around 90 acres in area. The project consists of two contracts. In contract-I, the scope of wok includes design ad supervision of water supply and sewerage system and in contract –II the scope of work comprises of rerouting and designing the section of Nala having the length of around 2.5 km.
