Raysut Industrial Area & Al-Mazunah Free Zone Expansion (Oman)
Raysut Industrial Estate is located in Oman’s southern regions of Dhofar. The Estate covers an area of 269 hectares, including warehouse facilities of 30 hectares. Sixty three hectares of the Estate have already been developed and are serviced and subdivided into plots ranging from 1,350 to 11,000 m2.
Al-Mazunah Free Zone is strategically located in the south west of Oman. The estate occupies 450 hectares which is divided into 100 plots ranging in size from 2000 to 16000 m2. The proposed extension for the Industrial Estate is approximately 65 hectares.
The Project comprises of designing and supervision of Water Supply, Sewerage, stormwater Drainage and Fire Fighting system work.
