Upgrading of Northern Ring Road of AL-AIn City and Improvement of its Intersections
The Project comprises of new dual carriageway (6.5 Km approx) having 3 lanes in each direction and upgrading of existing northern ring road (12.8 Km approx), a 3 lane flyover bridge at AlAin-Dubai Road, a 4 lane dual carriageway underpass at the location of the Bida Binte Saud Roundabout, a 4 lane carriageway underpass at the location of Al-Towayya Roundabout, Al-Foah Underpass, Wadi Bridges, T junctions, Landscaping, storm water drainage, street lighting and necessary road furniture.
The duration of this (Municipalities and Agriculture Department, Al-Ain Municipality) project is from May 2006 to December 2009.
