Hyderabad Mirpurkhas Dual Carriageway Project under Public Private Partnership.
The 4-Lane divided carriageway with design speed 90 km/hr is the first project under Public Private Partnership in province. The concessionaire will design, construct and maintain the road for the period of 30 years and collect toll to earn the profit and repay the bank loan and return the road to Government of Sindh in maintained condition after 30 years.
The project cost of this GOS (Government of Sindh) project is Rs 5.8 billion and the concession and construction periods are 30 years and 2 years respectively. The developer / concessionaire is M/s. Deokjae Construction (Pvt) Ltd.
