The project is located on Plot-21 in the Burj Dubai Development site. The scheme involves the construction of 4 basement levels, ground and 3 podium levels over the major portion of the site accessed from the side roads existing from the main Boulevard. The basements, ground and podium levels principally accommodate car parking, and retail / restaurant units (constructed shell & core for fit out by specialist contractor) and the entrance lobby accessing the residential towers.
